Solution
Prepay24 offers flexible B2B invoice financing. This means that the seller receives their money quickly and the buyer has a suitable payment term. Rulecube provided a SaaS platform to process the applications. This platform includes a very extensive workflow. Prepay24 offers a wide range of options. The platform fully supports all these options and the associated complexity.
Many processes were still manual. These have now been automated. Examples include:
- submitting an application;
- preparing documents;
- digital signing;
- entering contract details and bookings into banking systems and accounting.
Automation saves Prepay24 a lot of work. And they now process applications much faster. The built-in checks also greatly reduce the risk of errors.
Process
The platform was operational within three months and ready to administer the first prepays.
Step by step, we are now refining the process together, automating new steps, and building new, additional integrations.
