The smart advice cycle architecture

Consolidate, enrich, aggregate, alert

In our publications on the smart advice cycle with its components Guided Advice, Prevalidation and Active Management, we have already indicated that you need to bring all the data together and then enrich it with additional source data. You can then use calculations and decision trees to identify where a client file needs attention. You link specific process steps to this. But how do you realize this?

API-based implementation

Source data are now offered by a selection of parties, but it is quite conceivable that new, perhaps better data sources will emerge in the future. To ensure that you maintain flexibility and agility, link the various data sources to your architecture with API-based links. The same goes for your tax calculations, your CRM tooling, etc.

Business Rule Engine

Within this architecture, the business rule engine acts as a conductor: it ensures that all data sources and tooling work together properly and result in a clear, objective, transparent and verifiable process.

Below you can see the architecture of the smart advisory cycle represented schematically.

If you’re looking to implement the smart advice cycle within your own IT landscape, we’d love to brainstorm with you. Request a personal demo and we will look at the possibilities together.
